How long does shipping take?
Germany: 2-4 working days

Can I return or exchange my order?
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Simply fill out the withdrawal request (ONLY FOR EU COSTUMERS) or request a return on your customer account and return the item in its original condition with all original tags attached. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Never. Every TENIK drop is strictly limited once it's sold out, it's gone forever.
